The Blinc Mascara is applied just like traditional mascara, but unlike others, the Blinc Mascara is a unique formulation is not an oil-based paint. Rather than painting the lashes, Blinc Mascara forms tiny, water-resistant “tubes” around the lash as it sets.
Since it is not a paint-based mascara, Blinc Mascara will not run, smear or smudge even when it is exposed to sweat, tears or rain.
The Blinc Mascara is simple to remove. All that is needed to remove Blinc Mascara is warm water and gentle fingertip pressure and the “tubes” actually slide off of the lashes without leaving any dark circles or residues behind. No eye makeup remover or soap is needed to remove Blinc Mascara.
